1. 30-Day Return Window

Our money-back guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date your order was placed. If 30 days have passed since your initial purchase date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • It must include all original parts, accessories, and instruction manuals.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these instances, we will cover the return shipping costs or issue a replacement at no extra charge.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you the instructions and the correct return shipping address.

  3. Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label without contacting us first, as it cannot be processed there.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
