1. Free Shipping Worldwide

We are proud to offer 100% Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our store, with no minimum purchase required.

2. Shipment Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST on Friday or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because we offer free standard shipping directly from our global fulfillment networks to pass the savings on to you, our delivery windows are as follows:

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Apex Camping ships to residential addresses, business addresses, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO locations. Please ensure your address is entered accurately at checkout to avoid delivery disruptions.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Apex Camping is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.).

6. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at twinfit.shop@gmail.com so we can attempt to fix it before your order is dispatched.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team immediately.
